Welcome to Adiventure. By accessing or using adiventure.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Service
Adiventure is an AI-assisted travel planning platform that helps users create itineraries, estimate trip budgets, organise group trips, and split shared expenses.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Adiventure.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
4. AI-Generated Content
Itineraries and budget estimates are generated using AI and are provided for planning and informational purposes only. They are estimates, not guarantees of actual prices, availability, or accuracy. Always verify details independently before making bookings.
5. Group Trips and Shared Data
When you create or join a group trip, your name and any trip details or expenses you add become visible to other members of that trip. You are responsible for the accuracy of expenses you enter.
6. Expense Splitting and UPI Payments
The expense splitter calculates suggested settlements based on information entered by users. Adiventure does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments. UPI deep links simply open your UPI app with pre-filled details — all payments occur directly between users via their own banking apps, entirely outside Adiventure’s systems. We are not responsible for any payment disputes between users.
7. Third-Party Links
Adiventure may display links to third-party booking platforms (such as hotel or flight search sites). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, pricing, or services of these third-party sites.
8. Paid Features
Certain features of Adiventure may require payment, as described on our pricing page. Payments are processed via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Adiventure to:
- Violate any applicable law
- Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems
10. Limitation of Liability
Adiventure is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated itineraries or budgets, third-party booking links, or expense-splitting calculations.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
